* The European Parliament has voted to ban the sale of cosmetics which have been tested on animals. The move will put an end to animals being harmed just so that consumers can enjoy bubblier bubble bath. Local Lib Dem Euro-MP/local campaigner XY said, "Bathroom shelves are already packed with shampoos, deodorants and countless lotions and potions. We do not need any more products intended to flatter human vanity if the price to be paid is continuing animal suffering."
